“I went to Harthwood first because my dog was having an urgent issue, but they couldn’t get me in the same day. Even so, they still got advice from Dr. Sandra Memenis on what to feed him and what to do in the meantime, which I really appreciated. Since they couldn’t see him that day, I ended up going to an ER vet and had a really bad experience—lots of pressure for unnecessary tests and no one really listening to me.
Coming back to Harthwood the next morning was a completely different experience. Dr. Memenis and the staff actually listened to everything I said about his history, ran the bloodwork I originally needed, and focused on what was truly best for my dog instead of trying to make money off me. They explained everything clearly and got him on the right medications.
